The Right Reverend David John Conner KCVO has been appointed Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order (GCVO) for his service as Dean of The King’s Free Chapel of St George at Windsor Castle, Domestic Chaplain, and Register of the Order of the Garter.
