Master Horatio Hicks (Born February 12th 2019) son of Mr Ashley Hicks and Mrs Katalina Hicks

Horatio Valentine Christopher Alessandro Hicks was born on the 12th February 2019, the son of Mr Ashley Hicks and Mrs Katalina Hicks, Mr Ashley Hicks is the only son of Lady Pamela Hicks née Mountbatten, the younger daughter of the 1st Earl Mountbatten of Burma and her husband Mr David Nightingale Hicks, Horatio is Lady Pamela Hicks’s eleventh grandchild. Horatio like his father is distantly in the line of succession to the British throne.

Mr and Mrs Hicks separated while Mrs Hicks was pregnant with Horatio. The announcement of his birth was made by her, on her Instagram page. @katahicks

Life Peerage for New Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health

Her Majesty The Queen has granted Ms Nicola Claire Blackwood the title of Baroness Blackwood of North Oxford, of North Oxford in the County of Oxfordshire for the duration of her life under the Life Peerage Act of 1958.

She was nominated for a Life Peerage following her appointment as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health. Baroness Blackwood of North Oxford will sit in the House of Lords for the Conservative Party.

New Honorary Aide-de-Camp to the Queen
