New Deputy Lieutenants of Kirkcudbright
On the 24th of July 2012, Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Walter Hugh Malcolm Ross GCVO OBE, Lord-Lieutenant of Kirkcudbright commissioned the following to become Deputy Lieutenants of Kirkcudbright.
