Life Peerage for Voluntary Sector Expert

Mr Kevin Joseph Maximilian Shinkwin has been granted the title of Baron Shinkwin, of Balham in the London Borough of Wandsworth. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
