Life Peerage for the Mayor of Watford

Ms Dorothy Thornhill MBE has been granted the title of Baroness Thornhill, of Watford in the County of Hertfordshire. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Liberal Democrat.
