Life Peerage for Former Foreign Secretary

The Rt Hon. William Jefferson Hague has been granted the title of Baron Hague of Richmond, of Richmond in the County of North Yorkshire. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
