Life Peerage for Former Deputy Mayor of London

Ms Jennifer Helen Jones AM has been granted the title of Baroness Jones of Moulsecoomb, of Moulsecoomb in the County of East Sussex. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords for the Green Party.

It’s a Boy for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

The Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a baby boy at 16:24 GMT weighing 8lb 6oz at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, Paddington in London. The Duke of Cambridge was at the birth. Both mother and baby are doing well. A 41 gun salute will be fired in honour of the Royal birth.
