Life Peerage for Paralympic Swimmer

Christopher Holmes MBE has been granted the title of Baron Holmes of Richmond, of Richmond in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
