New Honorary Chaplain to The Queen
Her Majesty the Queen has appointed The Venerable P. A. Eagles Honorary Chaplain to her household in succession to The Reverend Father A. B. Paris.

Her Majesty the Queen has awarded The Queen’s Medal for Music to the opera singer and Director Sir Thomas Allen CBE.
The Award was established in 2005 and is given to groups or individuals for outstanding contribution to music.
