On the 21st May 2024, His Majesty the King appointed Admiral Sir George Zambellas GCB DSC ADC DL to the post of Lord Warden and Admiral of the Cinque Ports. Sir George succeeds Admiral of the Fleet The Rt Hon The Lord Boyce KG GCB OBE KStJ DL who passed away in 2022.

New Master of the Horse

In June 2024 His Majesty The King appointed The Right Honourable Lord Ashton of Hyde PC to the postion of Master of the Horse succeeding The Right Honourable Lord de Mauley.

New Chancellor of the Order of the Garter
