Life Peerage for President of the Welsh Liberal Democrats
Ms Christine Mary Humphreys has been granted the title of Baroness Humphreys, of Llanrwst in the County of Conwy. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Liberal Democrat.
