Life Peerage for Treasurer of the Conservative Party
Howard Darryl Leigh Esq has been granted the title of Baron Leigh of Hurley, of Hurley in the Royal County of Berkshire. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
