Life Peerage for Former Leader of Stockport Council
Mr David Goddard has been granted the title of Baron Goddard of Stockport, of Stockport in the County of Greater Manchester. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Liberal Democrat.
