Life Peerage for Former Director of Political Operations to the Conservative Party
Mr Andrew Timothy Cooper has been granted the title of Baron Cooper of Windrush, of Chipping Norton in the County of Oxfordshire. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
