Life Peerage for Former Permanent Secretary to the Treasury

Sir Nicholas Ian Macpherson GCB has been granted the title of Baron Macphherson of Earl’s Court, of Earl’s Court in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Crossbencher.
