Life Peerage for New Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Scotland

Mr Andrew James Dunlop has been granted the title of Baron Dunlop, of Helensburgh in the County of Dunbarton. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
