KCVO for Clerk of the Duchy of Lancaster
Her Majesty the Queen has appointed Mr Paul Robert Virgo Clarke CVO Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (KCVO) for his service as Clerk of the Council of the Duchy of Lancaster.
