CVO for the Lord-Lieutenant of Kincardineshire
In the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2020, Ms Carol Elizabeth Margaret Kinghorn was appointed Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (CVO) for her service as Lord-Lieutenant of Kincardineshire.
