New Lord Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty
Mrs Joanie Aileen Whiteford has been appointed by Her Majesty the Queen to become Lord Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty to succeed Mrs Janet Bowen CVO who retires on 12 July 2019.
