LVO for Deputy Private Secretary to the Duchess of Gloucester
Ms Lucinda Katharine Elizabeth Baker has been appointed Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO) for her service as Deputy Private Secretary to the Duchess of Gloucester.
