New Lord Lyon King of Arms Appointed
Her Majesty the Queen has appointed Dr Joseph Morrow DL to become Lord Lyon King of Arms succeeding Mr William David Hamilton Sellar MVO FSAScot FRHistS who retired in December 2013.
