New Lord-Lieutenant of the County of Cumbria
On the 31st of October 2012, Her Majesty the Queen appointed Mrs Claire Hensman as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Cumbria to succeed Sir James Cropper KCVO upon his retirement on the 22nd of December 2012.
