MVO for Clerk to the Leicestershire Lieutenancy

In the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for 2019, Mr John Brian Sinnott CBE has been appointed a Member of the Royal Victorian Order (MVO) for his service as Clerk to the Leicestershire Lieutenancy.
