GCMG for the New Governor-General of Saint Lucia

The Queen has appointed His Excellency the Honourable Emmanuel Neville Cenac the honour of Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George (GCMG) on his appointment as Governor-General of Saint Lucia.
