KCVO for Lord Lieutenant of Rutland

In the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for 2017 Dr Laurence Howard OBE JP has been appointed Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (KCVO) for his service as Lord Lieutenant of Rutland.
