MVO for Clerk to the Lieutenancy of Clackmannanshire

Mr William Brooks Jarvis has been appointed a Member of the Royal Victorian Order (MVO) for his service as a Deputy Lieutenant and Clerk to the Lieutenancy of Clackmannanshire.
