Life Peerage for Leader of the Wiltshire Council

Ms Jane Antoinette Scott OBE has been granted the title of Baroness Scott of Bybrook, of Upper Wraxall in the County of Wiltshire. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
