Life Peerage for Metal Trader dubbed “Mr Copper”

Mr Michael Stahel Farmer has been granted the title of Baron Farmer, of Bishopsgate in the City of London. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
