New Lord Lieutenant for Gwynedd

Her Majesty the Queen has appointed Mr Edmund Seymour Bailey DL to become Lord-Lieutenant of Gwynedd when His Honour Huw Morgan Daniel CVO retires on the 16th April 2014.
