Queen Appoints New Gentleman Usher

Her Majesty the Queen has appointed Air Vice-Marshal Richard Lacey CBE to be Gentleman Usher following the retirement of Air Vice-Marshal Richard Kyle CB LVO MBE, who will be made an Extra Gentleman Usher.
