The Prince of Cambridge’s name has been announced

Kensington Palace has announced the name of the Royal baby as His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge.

It’s a Boy for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

Yesterday HRH The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to a baby boy at 11:01am GMT weighing 8lb 7oz at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, Paddington in London. The Duke of Cambridge was at the birth. Both mother and baby are doing well.

Royal gun salutes around the country will be fired in honour of the Royal birth today. The bells of Westminster Abbey are also to be rung today at 1pm GMT in honour of the royal birth.
